Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time for custom shirt orders is 5-7 days before shipping. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your design and current order volume. We strive to complete orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Non-Refundable: Custom shirts are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once the design has been approved and production has begun. We put great care into crafting each custom shirt to your specifications, and we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product.
Edits: Upon receiving your custom design request, you will receive a notice of receipt confirming that we have received your request. We will then provide you with a design for approval. You are entitled to two rounds of edits to make adjustments to the design. Additional edits may be subject to an extra fee.
Communication: All communication regarding your custom shirt order will be conducted via email. Please ensure that you provide an accurate email address and check your inbox regularly for updates on your order.
